When orders are place via our website, we ship to New Zealand only. We do not ship small personal orders to other countries.

Most devices require just a few simple steps:

- Choosing the device on the SmartVU Home™ app
- Connect and enjoy
The cloud recording feature in the SmartVU Home™ app is a subscription service from a third party. Having the cloud recording feature means that your video security footage is safely saved off site, and can not be accessed by an intruder. This allows you to produce a still shot or video which could allow police to catch a criminal. Such recordings can also be very helpful for insurance claims.
If you choose to sign up to this subscription service you will be asked to agree to terms of service. These terms and the subsequent payment are directly related to the third party service, and not to SmartVU Home™. We simply provide this optional service for those who would like it.
You do not need to pay for this subscription service in order to record via our smart home cameras - recording can be kept local with no subscription cost by inserting an SD card into the camera or NVR device.
